READ ME BEFORE ENROLLING
Email Address
- Your REGISTRATION EMAIL is your username for your DANCER PROFILE log in. This cannot be changed once entered.
- If you get this email wrong then you will need to re-enter.
Photos
- Photos are for the printed programs & should be high quality JPG - not GIF or any other file types & the website will reject over 2MB.
- The file size should be more than 100kb & under 2mb. (300DPI - 210ml x 297 high)
- Photo should be plain background passport style portrait (not landscape or costumed - no trophies/sashes or writing on photo) head & shoulders like the judges photos on R (B&W or colour).
- You MUST NAME your photo file on your computer BEFORE you upload to the registration. IMGdg8261.jpg is NOT acceptable.
- FOR INSTANCE – J/A/B AGE GROUP + CONTESTANT’S NAME. Example: J-Joe Blogs.jpg
- To name a file on your computer – right click on file icon & choose RE-NAME
Music files
- For MUSIC DOWNLOADS – S = Senior; J = Junior.
- MUSIC UPLOADS – You MUST NAME your MUSIC file (if required) on your computer BEFORE you upload to the registration. XYZ.m4a is NOT acceptable.
- FOR INSTANCE – J/A/B AGE GROUP+CONTESTANT’S NAME+MUSIC TITLE. Example: S-Joe Blogs-nutcrackerprince.m4a
- To name a file on your computer – right click on file icon & choose RE-NAME
CONTESTANTS PROGRAMME ENTRY
- The photo will be used in the Official Printed Programme. PLEASE ensure it is a suitable PORTRAIT size image of good quality head & shoulders against a plain background – Street Wear - NOT costumed.
AHA may contact you to request a replacement photo if the image uploaded is deemed unsuitable for program print.
It should be portrait, so like this:

REPLACING YOUR PHOTO
- Visit enrolment.ahaawards.co.nz
- Click on ‘Dancer Login’
- Use the email & password you received upon successful registration.
- Your Dancer Profile should be visible.
- Click on the word ‘DANCER’ at top bar
- Click on top left icon of 'PHOTO'
- Choose file - Click on file from your computer (make sure it is named see above!) & click 'OPEN'
- Click the 'Update' button at very bottom of the form to save ALL changes.
ALL CHANGES MUST BE COMPLETED
by March 12th 2019 latest
